By employing very thin, sterile needles at specific points, it helps your body restore balance, ease pain, reduce stress, and support overall wellness, complementing other forms of holistic healthcare and herbal medicine.
Initial Acupuncture Session/ 75min
For new patients, I will review your health concerns, goals, and lifestyle to understand the root causes of your symptoms. By incorporating energy therapy and herbal medicine, I also use TCM techniques, like pulse and tongue assessment, to create a holistic healthcare treatment plan that is unique to your needs.
Condense Initial Session/ 50 min
For new patients seeking support with musculoskeletal pain, labor prep, or pediatric care, we offer brief intake and personalized acupuncture treatment that integrates energy therapy and herbal medicine within a holistic healthcare approach.
Follow-up Acupuncture Session/30/45/60 min options
Return visits: focused treatments, including energy therapy and herbal medicine, to help your body heal and maintain balance. Traditional cupping is available for 60 min sessions within our holistic healthcare approach.
Pediatric Follow-up Session/ 20 min

Experience a deeply restorative session that combines energy therapy, somatic practices, acupuncture, Reiki, and tuning forks to release tension, restore energy, and support your body’s natural balance. These integrated practices, rooted in holistic healthcare, help reduce stress, enhance vitality, and leave you feeling grounded, refreshed, and renewed. Additionally, herbal medicine may complement these therapies, further promoting your overall well-being.
Tension Relief/ 60 min
This session combines acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, Reiki, and tuning forks as part of an energy therapy approach to release tension and pain stored in the body. You'll leave feeling lighter, grounded, and more connected, with reduced discomfort and a renewed sense of ease, all while benefiting from the principles of holistic healthcare and herbal medicine.
Integrated craniosacral & Reiki Therapy/ 60 min
A combined craniosacral and Reiki session includes assessment, gentle hands-on therapy, and energy therapy to support nervous system regulation, release tension, and promote overall physical and emotional balance, complementing the principles of herbal medicine and holistic healthcare.

Your first session begins with a comprehensive intake to discuss your health history, lifestyle, and any specific concerns or wellness goals. I’ll ask about your physical health, stress, sleep, digestion, emotional well-being, and daily habits to understand the root causes of your symptoms.
Next, I use Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) assessments, such as checking your pulse, tongue, and observing other physical signs, to help guide your personalized treatment plan.
The acupuncture session itself involves the gentle insertion of very thin, sterile needles at specific points to support your body’s natural balance, reduce pain, improve circulation, and help restore energy flow. The experience is typically very relaxing, and many clients notice a sense of calm or lightness during and after the session.
By the end of your first visit, you’ll have a clear understanding of your treatment plan and next steps, as well as personalized guidance to support your well-being between sessions.
I’m happy to provide receipts for insurance reimbursement; however, I do not offer direct billing. Payment is due at the time of your appointment.
In most cases, it’s best to start with 2–6 sessions scheduled fairly close together. This “stacking” approach helps your body respond more effectively and supports faster progress. The exact number of sessions depends on your health concern, overall wellness, and how your body responds to treatment. After the initial series, we’ll reassess and create a plan tailored to your needs.
For most sessions, no special preparation is needed. It’s helpful to:
- Eat a light meal beforehand (avoid coming on an empty stomach)
- Wear comfortable clothing that allows access to your arms, legs, and back
- Bring any relevant health information or notes about your symptoms
- Arrive a few minutes early to settle in and relax

Reiki is a hands-on or near-body energy therapy that supports the body’s self-regulation and homeostasis. By facilitating the flow of subtle energy, Reiki can help reduce stress, promote relaxation, support emotional processing, and complement other therapeutic modalities such as acupuncture, somatic practices, and bodywork. Sessions aim to enhance nervous system regulation, improve energetic balance, and support overall physiological and emotional wellness.
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle manual therapy that focuses on the craniosacral system—the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. By detecting and releasing restrictions in this system, CST promotes nervous system regulation, reduces musculoskeletal tension, supports fluid circulation, and enhances the body’s self-healing capacity. It is commonly used to address headaches, chronic pain, stress-related dysfunction, and postural or trauma-related issues.
